Blue Ox Games LLC Policies
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Blue Ox Games LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that card singles, collectable miniature singles, and other "open" products are considered used products and will typically be considered as "all sales are final." Additionally "Blue Dot" clearance items are considered as "all sales are final."
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through our newsletter software (currently Mailchimp) or a store email account and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our partners.
How does Blue Ox Games LLC protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
What about "cookies"?

By participating in store events you are consenting to the use of your image and/or name. This use will be limited to marketing efforts by the store in various forms of media. If you wish to have an image posted by the store removed Blue Ox Games LLC will make a good faith effort to remove the item.
Trading, defined as giving products in exchange for products, is allowed within the Blue Ox Games LLC retail store. Customers are asked to only occupy a reasonable amount of space as determined by the Blue Ox Games staff. Blue Ox Games LLC is the sole entity allowed to buy or sell products or provide services for a fee. Any customers found selling cards, miniatures, or services such as alterations or painting services will told to cease such action or be removed from the store. Any person wishing to offer their artistic services through the store's commission program should contact the store. Any items left by customers to be priced that have not been picked up with 30 days of contact with an offer will be considered as if the offer is accepted. These rules extend to all of our social media platforms & groups.
Blue Ox Games does not allow children under the age of 16 to be left in the store unattended. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for any and all damaged caused by the child. The store reserves the right to ask for loud or disruptive children to be removed from the store. If a parent is playing in an event and must withdraw from that event to remove a child from the store no refund of entry fees will be provided.
Unclaimed Orders & Pull Lists/Pull Boxes not regularly cleared out
Blue Ox Games will processes your orders and pull orders in a timely manner, however customers are also responsible for picking their orders up in a timely manner. This also includes regularly "clearing out" (i.e. purchasing everything) a customer's comic pull list/pull box. Items ordered but not picked up within 30 days will be considered a lost item and will be discarded after an additional 30 day period has passed. Pull lists/pull boxes not cleared out every 30 days run the risk of being cancelled. If a pull list is cancelled any store credit on the customer's account and/or store rewards points will go towards payment for the pull list/pull box starting typically with the oldest items first. The remaing unpaid items will be added back into the store's inventory. Customers who have their pull list/pull box cancelled may have it reinstated but Blue Ox Games will require a card on file to cover their weekly pulls.
Lost and Found
Any items left at Blue Ox Games will be put into our lost and found. We will keep these items until they are reunited with their rightful owner or a period of 30 days has passed. If you have lost an item, please describe the item to one of our employees and they will check our lost and found. Please note that card piles are difficult to identify and people often "throw away" commons/uncommons, therefore any unsleeved piles of commons/uncommons will automatically be absorbed into the Blue Ox Games collective. They will be assimilated. Resistance is futile. Items ordered but not picked up within 30 days will be considered a lost item and will be discarded after an additional 30 day period has passed.
Store credit can typically be used to pay for any item or event at Blue Ox Games. Any items or events where store credit cannot be used will be clearly posted on the item or in any advertisement for the event.
Welcoming & Family Friendly Environment
Blue Ox Games is space for all gamers, geeks, nerds, peeps, and homies. To keep this space safe for all we ask people to keep their language G-rated and due not tolarate derogatory language towards any members of our diverse community. This includes language offensive to people of any race, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, or other form of self-identification. Additionally since we are all gamers & geeks we don't bash people based on their geekdom.
Unfortunatey since many people have allergies pets are not allowed in the store. We also do not allow vaping or e-cigarettes inside of the store. Additionally alcohol, tobacco, or other drug use is prohibited in the store. Alcohol or drug use on the store grounds will lead to the removal of the person and possible banning.
The store does reserve the right to host events where customers are allowed to bring in beer or fortified wine for their personal consumption under the NC "Brown bag" law. Any event where we will be allowing alcohol will typically be private parties, events outside of regular business hours, or other special events. Alcohol at these events must be consumed within the building. Customers are required to drink responsibly and will be asked to leave if they behave poorly or are intoxicated.
